Our individual cuts of pork will be sourced from both Story City Locker and Milo Locker. Please feel free to contact us if you are preferring your pork from a particular locker due to dietary concerns.
When ordering a whole or half hog or a lamb, you are welcome to choose between Story City Locker and Milo Locker. We hope the ingredient information provided will aid you in determining which locker you would prefer to work with. If you have additional questions on ingredients, please feel free to contact us or the locker.
In order to help our customers make informed choices, we are providing this link which talks about a traditional nitrite cure vs. a Natural (celery) Cure, sometimes referred as “nitrite free” curing.
